Charlie was both my instructor at the CCT School (2nd APO Sq) at Sewart AFB, TN and later a fellow team-mate.   The most memorable thing that I remember about Charlie was that he had a desire for his students to learn and he did everything in his power to help you learn and grow.  He was fairly laid back, but if he chewed you out, you knew that you had screwed up and deserved it.  He will always be remembered.
